Where Does Sexy Come From?

Where Does Sexy Come From?

Where Does Sexy Come From

Where Does Sexy Come From?

Sexy comes from nothing other than inside of you; your inner self, and that same self that reflects, contemplates, feels and thinks sometimes too much. Your thoughts create your reality ~ a phrase often said, and it is still the case with our own sexiness.

When you feel sexy, it shows in how you act, how you interact with others, how you walk, talk and present yourself in the world. Sexy is a way of being, rather than a way of doing; it just is. It is who you are.

Bringing Sexy Back

One way I like to bring sexy back is feeling powerful and in charge of my life. When we are in charge of things that matter to us, it certainly gives a feeling of being powerful, and in being powerful, our whole passion for life has the opportunity to be lit up!

The Difference Between Being Sexy & Being Sexual

Being sexy is a state of being, a way of being. It is a flavor for life, but being sexual is the act in taking charge of your sexiness and going out in the world, or in the case of having your loved one right there, your bedroom!

When you harness your sexy from within you, you can create anything in your life around you!

Sexual Flirtations with Your Beloved

Sexual Flirtations with Your Beloved

Sexual Flirtations with Your Beloved

Sexual Flirtations with Your Beloved

I like to play games with love, and call upon my power to assert what it is that I desire. I don’t question it, it just arrives, and I follow as my heart calls.

When you become the warrior to your lover, you can open his/her heart and whatever was there before that moment has a chance to be released, be free and be gone! It is such a joy to seduce your partner into the pleasures of the moment, even if those moments are just a tease and the time is limited to truly be alone, that one tease can create an opening of something so much more!

What is it that you are doing to seduce your partner? How does your partner like to be seduced? Perhaps all you have to do is be yourself!

When You’re In The Mood

When You’re In The Mood

When You're in the Mood

When You’re in the Mood and Your Hunny Isn’t

A story and some Coaching:

Upon waking in the morning, I was horny as a banshee. I looked over at my hunny and he was simply out cold! I was up and ready to go. Our son was sleeping in the bed beside us. Since we have a toddler, we often sneak out of the bedroom before he wakes and slip into another room to have a rendezvous in the morning, or a late hour snack. I tried comforting him to waking, but he still would not move. I cuddled him, carressed him, moved my body into his, leaned into his shoulder and put my face on his shoulder, breathing and making deep sounds… letting him know in my own way I was fully alert, awake and ready for some love making! My hips were rocking, I was breathing heavy and I tried taking his hand to lift him and walk him into the other room, but he did not budge.

What do you do when you’re excited to connect to your loved one and they are either not interested, not horny or are just completely exhausted?

In the past I would massage him and caress him for about a half an hour to wake him up and eventually he would, but this time, we were running out of time and doing all my tactics of convincing and seducing for a half an hour was not an option. And then, I went to set up the other space and when I came back he was cuddled up nicely next to our son and solid as a rock in this next place. Within a few minutes our son woke up, and that opportunity was lost.

I started grunting, and still wanted to escape to the other room; letting our son be alone for 5 to 10 minutes. It didn’t happen.

So, instead I decide to shift all that creative energy to getting ready in the morning, getting my son’s schoolbox ready and to make myself available for clients later. Thanksgiving is this week and we agreed we would sleep together Thanksgiving night and I would sacrifice a portion of my Friday morning to be with him, with the intention to sneak again somewhere we could be alone for a few minutes. Our schedules are conflicted with time to be alone, and with his new job, my role as a mother, and our son either being in school or with one of us, being alone isn’t always easy. So, I take advantage of those few opportunity’s we do have, and trust that eventually we will take another date night alone, and make some time for a couple hours of a rendezvous for ourselves!

The best way to deal with these kinds of situations is to 1). come from a place of non-attachment, 2) do not judge, 3). speak words of kindness, 4). accept your partners needs, wants and their concerns as well, 5). make a new promise or agreement for the future, and 6). take care of yourself today in the best way for you!

Honoring Spirit!!!!

Honoring Spirit!!!!

I am here to inform you all that it is NOW a new time ~ the creative artist that I am, and the entrepreneur that I am is excited to share with you – the ending of one cycle and the beginning of a new one!

As many, or perhaps some of you may know the dark places I had to go. Well, I went there, dealt with it (as each layer arrives), and now I am renewed. Being a Goddess, an Empath, an Artist and a Healer makes it VERY important that I HONOR each and every time my being/my Spirit/my presence/my heart requests of me to go inward. And so inward I go, and in the process I may disappear for a time, but without going inward, I could not continue to be available to you. So, in essence it is an exciting time! To constantly feel the flow of my body, my spirit, my heart and the opening and expansion each time it happens ~ the flow, the peace, the joy within my body each and every time I get to come out of the healing period and share the deep love I am experiencing for myself WITH YOU!!!

This recent inward period, I felt an orgasm in my heart chakra. My heart literally fluttered and tingled with a sensation of joy ~ right in the center of my chest, and then I felt a POP; like a balloon of energy was circulating around my heart and the POP literally popped out whatever armor was there, and I literally, as I am psychic in my own way, saw the energy expand outward all around my body and into space and time, as I was in nature a couple weeks ago! And then only a few moments later, felt a full body orgasm as I was taking little steps onto the dirt in the woods, and my whole body waved in sensation of love; like a dance, and then I felt my crown chakra open at the deepest capacity it has been in MANY MANY years. Then, as if by surprise, I felt the energy of the Earth all around me. I felt the energy of the trees, the dirt, the rocks, the wind and the awe of nature. And it was mesmerizing! It was NOT a sexual orgasm. It was a Spiritual Orgasm, and one I had not planned or done ANY spiritual exercise to create! IT JUST HAPPENED, all on its own! WOW! What a sensation of bliss, and what an experience worth sharing!

So now, I am working on merging my reclaimed spiritual power (as you see here: http://healingsacredwoman.com/2011/05/10/newfound-spiritual-power/) and creating a workshop for Couples and a Women’s Workshop. I am here to tell you, the women of the world NEED your love! As a man, as most of you are, you must learn how to get through your wives feelings. She needs you, and she wants YOU to help her; even if she doesn’t know it, or speak it. She’s desperately calling out for your help, but gentleman, as many of you are, it is a test; a challenge for you to learn how to become that TANTRIC HEALER she needs you to be. I challenge you to come to see me with your Beloved, and let me help you heal the wounds that are keeping you apart! Women and men speak different languages, and I am here to help you learn her language so you can truly have the intimacy you desire and deserve! I will be writing more on this, and calling out for help, to help the men understand, learn and become Healers on the planet, so the women can shine and be glorious beside you!

I have only 1 or 2 weeks left of my Master Coaching Training. I shifted my project from the book to the Women’s Workshop because of what came up for me, so as soon as I complete the project of the workshop, I will be working on the writing of the book mentioned in a previous blog, and perhaps the journey of being a Healer who was raped, and a tool to help men help the women they love!

To Be Loved By A Man

To Be Loved By A Man

To Be Loved by a ManI know what it feels like to be loved by a man; a man whose heart is open wide to the spirit you are; a man who loves you, or in the moment feels as though he is deeply in love with you.

To be held in his arms; to feel his breath upon your chest, as he holds you in embrace, and caresses your heart into deep utter relaxation.

To be teased into bliss by the simplicity of his eyes melting into yours.

You never forget what it feels like to be held by a man; a man, not a boy, or a child, and not your father or your son. A man, who is so deeply in love with YOU!

His rich smell as his pheromones reach out to yours and tantalize your adrenaline into heaven.

A spark of simplicity, a whimper in your heart of relief, of satisfaction, of knowing you are woman, as you are received in his love, and accepted for being the Goddess you are!

What a gift you are receiving, in being loved by his depth, in knowing you ARE Goddess, and are powerful in your femininity; a divine being worthy of being loved.

What a gift he is receiving, in giving him the experience of loving you, in knowing he is capable of loving and valuable in being received.

To be loved by a man offers so many gifts; for the receiver and the giver. To be a woman, being loved by a man helps you to know you ARE alive, and you are worthy, are capable and acceptable in being a Woman; a wise woman, an innocent woman, a powerful woman, a vulnerable woman; that you are allowed to be YOU, and you are allowed to be Goddess. You have permission and you need not shut down your prowess, your sensuality or your love!

Some thoughts to consider:

1). What does it mean to be loved by a man to you?

2). As a man, what does it offer you to love a woman? And, what does it mean to you to love a woman, who truly receives your love?

3). As a woman, what gifts do you receive when you open your heart to receiving the love from your beloved man that is right there in front of you?

4). As a woman, how often do you allow yourself to be loved by your husband/boyfriend?

5). Are there times when you shut him out and choose not to be embraced by him?If Yes, what causes you to close down to the one you love the most? (What thoughts are going through your mind? Are you resigned, cynical, blaming, judgmental, or resentful? Do you feel unloved? Do you feel unaccepted? Do you feel threatened and not supported? Do you lack trust? Do you feel guilty or wrong? Do you feel betrayed? Are you angry? Do you want to forgive? Are you stressed and feel powerless? Are you afraid and want to feel safe?)

6). Are you a woman, married or partnered to a man, going through your own emotional crisis and don’t feel understood or accepted for who you are? Do you wish to be understood? If you felt safe and accepted, how would you go about explaining to your man what you are dealing with so he could be a team player to help you get through your current struggles?

7). Do you feel as though, you are accepted, but still can’t talk to him about your inner world? Are you afraid of being judged or that he will stop loving you? What’s the worst thing that could happen if you told him what you felt?

8). Are you a woman (or a man) who doesn’t like talking about feelings and wishes the problems or issues would just go away? Would you rather wish them away then deal with them? What are you afraid of that makes you want to run when it comes to feelings?

9). If you had it your way, how would you want your current relationship to look like, feel like and smell like? (What would your surroundings and environment be, how would your partner behave towards you, how would they treat you, how would you treat them, where would you live, and what would you have in your home, how would you get along with in-laws and friends in social outings?, etc.)

10). Are you the typical leader in your relationship and the first to bend to work out an argument, or are you the one who holds grudges and waits to see if, maybe, things will work out on their own? If you did become the leader, what would you do or say to your partner to help them open their heart to you again?

Bonus Question:

11). If you are not receiving the type of love that you really want, ask yourself, what is it that you want, and what in your relationship is missing, if you had it your way, you would want to be there?

If you’re a man reading this post, you are welcome to copy and paste this and print it out to give to your beloved woman. (You are also welcome to turn the questions around to address yourself as a man). If you are a woman, consider reading this and answering the questions for yourself. you may discover some things about yourself, your relationship, hidden desires, and you may get to experience what it is that is really important to YOU!

What To Do When Your Heart is Broken

What To Do When Your Heart is Broken

What to Do When Your Heart is Broken

What To Do When Your Heart is Broken

Are you someone who is feeling alone; maybe lost and afraid, maybe hurt and betrayed? Are you recently divorced or separated? Was it your choice or your ex-partners? Are you angry or are you sad? Sometimes we have to make big decisions that impact us on very profound levels, and sometimes those decisions affect our personal well-being, our health, our relationships with other people, our careers, our families, our reaction to stress, our ability to have full sleep each and every night and our regular social decisions.

Have you ever been through a serious break up? A divorce? A death of a close loved one? What do you do when these events take place?

How does it impact your life? Your diet? Your rest?Your relationships? Your career? Your family life? Your stress level? What do you do to improve these areas of your life when your balance is thrown off?

Do you reach out for help? Or do you deal with things alone?

Do you seek Holistic Therapies or do you suffer silently inside?

What do YOU do to handle your emotions? What do you do when you can’t sleep through the night? What do you do after you have an emotional breakdown? Do you self-medicate, or do you seek a professional?

When your heart is broken, it is often one of the most painful experiences in one’s life. Often people are afraid to share their true feelings to those closest to them. Many suffer quietly without reaching out for help, and some even go the extra mile to pretend as though everything is fine. Many want to be seen as strong and think emotions are a sign of weakness. Our culture has taught us that when you cry you are weak, and when you don’t cry you are strong. However, when in reality, when you let yourself cry during times of suffering, it is actually a sign of power and vulnerability; that you are in touch with your feelings and are not threatened by them. When you can express how you really feel, like children, you can feel the feelings and then move on. And, if the feelings come again, then you acknowledge them again, express them, and move on again. Eventually you will feel free to your full self-expression, you will feel your joy again, and your true self will shine through.

Sometimes we cannot access our true feelings. We’ve been so trained to hold everything inside that we can’t be like little children and just let the feelings out when they are there. In these cases, it is best to seek Alternative or Holistic Therapies and use the tools available to you to help you purge what’s hidden deep inside. Don’t hold onto the past. You then won’t be able to live into the future, and your past will ALWAYS be there to pull you back from your present.

Some Affirmations for Depression and to allow yourself to feel:

  • I am being taken care of.
  • I let go of my expectations.
  • I love myself for what I am going through.
  • I open my heart to love and the joys of life.
  • I am thankful for all that I have.

If your heart is broken, are you holding back from letting yourself feel all of your heart, or are you ready to let your heart be free?

In oneself lies the whole world, and if you know how to look and learn, the door is there and the key is in your hand. – J. Krishnamurti

Detoxing Your Life

Detoxing Your Life

Detoxing Your Life

Now that we are moving into the depth of fall, lifestyles are changing. We are moving into wearing more clothes, having more time outside, and sometimes our visions of our-selves change in the process. How is everyone doing? After the Thanksgiving Holiday is over, and preparing our feasts, spending hours long with our family members, we then dive into our Reunions, As I contemplate this season, I feel the passion for cleansing; cleansing my body, my spirit and my home. I’m changing eating habits to cleanse the extra weight from eating foods that put on pounds and within days I’m noticing the water weight quickly leaving me. I’ve replaced sugar for stevia, coffee with flavored creams to plain organic teas, salads with heavy dressing to olive oil, and energy drinks to green tea, essential oils and flower essences. In my home I’ve donated my son’s outgrown toys and clothes, cleaned the bathtub and toilet, and purchased excellent All Natural Coconut Oil and Olive Oil for new Sessions.

Tips to Detoxify Your Life

Instead of holding grudges on people, you could:
Consider their viewpoints; contemplate another way of looking at the situation
Hold compassion for others in your mind
Be more giving.

Instead of eating the same foods the same way, you could:
Consider some foods that put weight on you (make a list of the foods that make you feel bloated, lethargic, depleted or sick)
Trust your own body and listen to your body rhythms
Consider substituting out foods for better choices
Drink more water, and less soda, coffee or juices
Replace caffeine for herbs, vitamins or vegetables

Instead of harboring anger against your children, you could:
Be more patient and understanding
Look at the situation from their point of view
Take a moment to breathe before responding
Consider new ways to interact
Offer a new solution
Consider a family adventure

Instead of blaming your partner for your relationship problems, you could:
Start looking at why you are creating the situation in the first place
Ponder what it is that you are thinking that causes their reaction
Deal with your own stress responsibly
Communicate from a place of compassion and take time away if you are upset before speaking
Look at what it is you are doing, AND not doing, and go back to your relationship agreements (if there has been no agreements made, make them)
Communicate your needs and listen to the needs of your partner
Compromise

Instead of blaming everyone else in your life for your problems, you could:
Eliminate or maintain minimal contact with certain people in your life that are toxic
Talk to a Therapist, Counselor, Healer or Coach to sort things out
Start a Journal
Go for a Daily Walk
Go to Yoga or Exercise
Get a Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropractic care, or a Spiritual/Holistic Healing Session
Meditate
Start or recommit to your own personal growth
Find friends on the same page as you (similar goals, beliefs, passions, etc).
Try Ayurveda, Aromatherapy or Flower Essences
Recommit to a Spiritual Practice
Look at yourself!

What do you do to detoxify your life?
If you’re unhappy, do you keep doing the same things, or do you consider a new approach? If your friends are making you miserable, do you keep them in your life or find new friends?
What are beliefs that are making you miserable?
Do you maintain a physically healthy diet, and if you feel lethargic or bloated, what do you do to detox?
Do you keep your home clutter free, and if there are things you want to get rid of, what will you do to remove them?
If you’re unhappy in your relationship, what will you do to make a difference?
What are new approaches you will take with your children to bring you closer?
What practices will you do over the next few weeks to relax your mind and nourish your spirits?
The next time you feel an argument coming on, will you walk away or pursue the conversation in that moment?
If your family or neighbors irk you, what will you do to harbor compassion?
What is one thing you will do over the next week to take care of YOU?

During the times of Seasons Changing, it is important to take a broad perspective and look at your whole life at large. During times of seasons changing, often also what show’s up are changes in our viewpoints, our desires, our passions and our focus. Contemplate what the summer will bring you or what it could do to cause you suffering, and change your approach so the next couple months for you are rewarding, satisfying and enjoyable!

Creating Intimacy with A Woman

Creating Intimacy with A Woman

Creating Intimacy with a Woman

Here is my first video I made on the Dynamics and Approaching a Woman in your life. There will definitely be a Volume 2, and so on to this, and I may at some point re-do the 1st one and create an Introduction instead. However, this is the 2nd video I made. Like I said, these are the baby steps to creating videos. I may be getting some professionals to help out of this, or I may just get better at doing this myself. I’ll be playing with different lighting, backgrounds, and spacial arrangements to see what is best, but the delivery is good. I hope you enjoy this, and find it, at the least, a bit helpful.

I was not looking at notes in this one. I was just looking down while I was thinking and choosing my next words. I sometimes pause to think of what I am going to say next. I like the distance of my face the best in this, but I will be creative with this process with you, and am happy to make changes as people recommend things to try.

I am in the process of creating a Video for the Book: Mystery of Women, and will be working on getting this succinct. I am enjoying this journey of sharing what I love to you, and hope you are enjoying my journey of giving it just as much!

Withholding Your Love

Withholding Your Love

Withholding Your Love

When you withhold love from the people you love, what is it you are gaining? Are you withholding in order to protect yourself? Are you holding onto resentment or regret? How long will you continue to hold onto these feelings? Are you doing it because you feel you are right? How does it feel to be right? Does it make you feel strong, proud, confident or some other emotion?

Choosing to be right is the old paradigm of communication and only creates distance, separation, upset, and keeps your-self under control; rather than dealing with how you really feel; a loss for the connection to the person you love.

How many people do you choose to withhold your love from? If you think about it, there are probably at least half a dozen people you are withholding love from. If you are not feeling utter peace and joy in the presence of those you care about, you are withholding love; even in the subtlest capacity.

Withholding your love keeps your body in an armored state; your chest becomes tighter, your breathing is more shallow, your body feels rigid and anxious.

When you’re upset at the person you love the most, and holding on to anger in your body while taking your time to get over the anger, having a hard time releasing the anger, or hoping eventually it will go away, no matter what you will be withholding your love from this person, AND withholding love from yourself as well. When you are not present to your anger or upset, it may feel like it is the other persons fault. But in fact, you are the only person who can forgive and let this go.

What do you do when you are upset at the person you love?

Do you take hours, weeks, months, or years to forgive?

When you have upset or anger, do you decide to date someone else, hang out with your friends instead, ….
