Once you’ve figured out you have Lyme Disease, the task to heal it is a rough ride. Whether you’ve had it for a few months, years, or decades, its an intense battle to finally get it completely out of your body. Choosing to either go the Western Medical Doctor route, or the natural medicine route is a big decision.

Choosing the Western Medicine route is a shorter path of healing it, about 6 months (for chronic lyme and a few weeks if detected right away), however, often other complications arise because of it. The medication forces ones body to heal quickly, and remove the toxins at a faster rate. Because of this, it often causes other organs, and parts of the body to have a challenge in the quick changes and they often need more support, and it can cause more problems as a result. Some people choose this route however, and trust the process. I have chosen a different alternative.

Once I found out, and was confirmed of my knowing for many many years, I began an alternative path immediately. I started with homeopathic right away, which I took some videos that are on youtube regarding the detox process just with this treatment.  http://youtube.com/user/AsttarteDeva/videos.  I felt the homeopathics were not enough, and I added a couple products. I had tried mushroom spores, however, they did not agree with my system at first. I tried them again later, but discovered that having a mold and dust allergy actually made them not really be effective.

I added MMS, and got to 15/16 drops. I had to stop once my body started purging it right after taking it.

I added Concentrace (liquid trace minerals traceminerals.com, has electrolytes, and probiotics in it among many other good things),

I took 1 drop of iodine daily in water

I resumed Oil Pulling, with Safflower, Sunflower, Sesame or Coconut oil (great for teeth too).

I resumed the ayurvedic foot massage detox,

I had started Biofeedback treatments (last fall 2015) (very intense), however, the woman I was seeing was hardly available. So, I tried a Zapper (not so successful) and Rife Machine to get for the home (expensive). It’s not as powerful as Biofeedback. They can be found at amazon or eBay.

I started a morning meditation and listening to high frequency sound waves. https://youtu.be/r4qM2ZkwrJA.

I started getting ionic foot detox baths. It pulls all the toxins out of the body. The color of the water determines what organs you are detoxing from.

I’m also planning to get: infrared sauna treatments, and possibly colonics.

I had started zeolites, (a Vit D spray, and Asea), and found after many months it wasn’t doing all that much.

http://cellconnection.teamasea.com/ for raising cell frequency.

Colloidal Silver is also a great thing to take on a daily basis, any kind of immune support and multi vitamin.

Yummy healthy smoothies are an excellent idea, and a healthy diet.

Also adding liquid chlorophyll and wheat grass is great for the immune system.

It is also highly recommended to omit all sugar, vinegar, corn, and all gluten and wheat products. Stopping sugar helps the body to stop building additional candida/yeast and parasites. However, a candida and parasite cleanse is super crucial I have recently discovered, and even more so to kill the source, the eggs that hatch, even after cleaning out the gut, bc they will keep regrowing and you’ll have to start the whole process over again and again.

There are also professional Lyme Specialists, as well as Chinese Herbalists who do acupuncture and treat the Lyme and their co-infections with herbs as an alternative. And, there are other paths as well. There are many paths for healing separate from getting antibiotics. Just make sure you do your detox at a pace you can handle, and afford. If anything seems to be too intense, back off, and let your body settle down first before increasing your dosage again.

And, if you choose the antibiotics route, please do your research first! Currently, there is no vaccination for this, but believe it or not, this disease is now known to be in 1 out of every 5 people. The percentage is high, and its not going anywhere. The only alternative is to get it out of the body, with persistence, commitment, an inner strength and a little knowledge to support you!

How Do You Nurture Yourself?

How Do You Nurture Yourself?

how do you future yourselfHow Do You Nurture Yourself?

How you nurture yourself all depends on what it is you are dealing with in your personal life.

Are you dealing with health matters?

Are you having relationship challenges and feeling your partner at arms length?

Is your family avoiding you and ignoring you or your feelings?

Are you having a higher level of stress and anxiety than normal?

Are you feeling more angry than normal, more tired than normal?

Are you feeling isolated, alone, sad?

How do you nurture yourself in these different situations? They each have different paths one would take to feel better, heal, come to solutions or happiness depending on the circumstance.

The first thing that is helpful is to do a daily meditation practice. You can start with 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes. Just that short window of time will make you feel so much better. some people like to jump in and start with an hour. If you have the time, go for the hour. If not, try a smaller time frame.

Then do something that’s going to nurture your soul, perhaps a new spiritual practice, such as yoga, chakra healing, reading a spiritual book, learning about angels, crystals, breath work, or even getting acupuncture, massage or a reiki treatment.

Another excellent practice is drinking a specific tea that is helpful for your situation. There are many teas on the market, and many you can make at home. Most teas are made with natural herbs and are a cheaper solution than buying multiple bottles of different herbs, or oils. Herbs and essential oils can be costly when buying in bulk, but teas are very affordable. Try to match your situation with the type of tea that would be helpful for that. If you don’t know, try seeking a tea expert, an herbalist, or feel free to reach out to me for suggestions.

Next, write down everything that is going on. It is very helpful to write down your feelings, and using your writing as a sort of therapy. Writing is very cathartic and sometimes when you write down what you feel, what happened, and the situation, it can help you let it go and feel so much better about things. Then you are able to move on from it, and almost feel empowered that you expressed yourself. Some people don’t like to write, but try pushing yourself a little, via a wordpress document, in notes on your computer, or even writing in a spiral notebook or nice journal book. It sometimes feels very good to write things down with a real pen or pencil. It touches a different part of the brain and releases energy pent up in your throat and lower chakras, believe it or not. It’s not going to have the same benefit as a meditation, or chakra healing, but it is still quite powerful.

Are you an artist, musician or do you like doing things with your hands? This could be a great way to nurture your inner self, and help get through a challenging event, experience, or point in your life. You don’t have to be an expert. As long as you do it, put your heart into it and are intentional, anything you do can be helpful, and in the end, amazing!

What is it you are dealing with? Talk to me here! I’m happy to respond!

How to Detox from Mold

How to Detox from Mold

How to Detox from Mold
How to Detox from Mold (and Lyme’s symptoms)
Affirm “I do not deserve to have this as part of my experience anymore!” And, for anyone who has been living in a toxic environment, I’d say the same exact thing! Health symptoms are different for EVERY person, and they move throughout the body and change up as though on a scale of Wheel of Fortune or Lets Make a Deal, etc morning game show programs.
One year ago these were my thoughts on my symptoms:
Oh, to hold a glass of wine in my hand and actually be able to drink it, to run down the street for miles not thinking I’ll be in pain for a week afterwards and questioning if I should do it, to dance all night long, to be fully expressed in my body, to be fully healthy and functional and able to count on my body and rely on it, to be alert and pain free and able to run after my son and play with him easily, or throw him around if he wants without complaint or giving up quickly, to finish tasks to their completion, to be reliable and counted on,  etc.,  etc., etc.”

WHAT I DID TO SUPPORT THE SYMPTOMS
I am writing this piece as a recommendation from a friend and to those who requested to know why I am so happy and vibrant, that these products really do help.
So, I am an advocate for Herbology, among Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Flower Essences and Aromatherapy, but in this moment, we’re talking about Herbology!
One year ago, I went on a sabbatical cleansing process and for 5 days, I got up every morning and made my own smoothie, by hand, and put together a list of ingredients to support the healing or ease of the many symptoms. This was my list:
NUTRIENTS
What I put in my own smoothie:
Any milk you want to start with, I use Almond Milk, and sometimes Hemp milk
Raw Chocolate Cocao Powder ~ Maya Superfood – food added flavor and health benefits of Cocao
Vanilla Protein Powder formula – for those vegetarians or added protein to support the muscles
Green Superfood Powder Formula ~ (Amazing Grass Co.) – alkaline balance, health immune function, amazing energy, to provide chlorophyll, which aids in detoxification, and other valuable nutrients and enzymes.
Echinacea Goldenseal Combo Extract (tincture liquid drops) ~ (Gaia Herbs Co) – Echinacea – for immune enhancing, Goldenseal – antibiotic (do not take goldenseal for more than 1 week at a time)
Milk Thistle Extract – protects the liver
MACA (not for Lyme’s but great enhancer in my opinion) – (Herb Farm Co) Liquid extract to be added to drink – for sexual libido and energy (excellent for sexual health, awesome energy, etc).
Hemp Seeds – to be chewed – Omega 3, 6 and 9s, plus – 1 tbsp. Essential fatty acids are just good for you, great for emotional health too – great for joints and inflammation, helps combat pain and an anti-inflamatory
Bee Pollen Granules ~ to be chewed (Y.S. Eco Bee Farms Co) – to repair tissue and rebuild the blood
Kelp (Liquid Drops) ~ Contains essential vitamins and minerals and aids in detoxifying the body (only realized I own this just today)
Hemp Protein Powder – Essential Amino Acids, Omega 3’s, and 6’s
Barley Grass
Stevia drops for flavor
This helped for a while, until I discovered it was in fact NOT Lyme’s, but toxicity in the body from living right alongside and sleeping on top of mold, for YEARS!
VITAMINS TO TAKE IN ADDITION WITH FOOD
Garlic ~ helpful to just add in the diet whenever possible, in cooked foods in particular in a crock pot, a wok, or soups – aids in the immune system and acts like an antibiotic.
Multi-Vitamin (Women’s) ~ just important period, good for necessary vitamins – use a high potency source if possible
Vitamin E ~ any brand you like, can also be squeezed out of the liquid gel cap and added to drinks or foods  – An important antioxidant
Zinc Lozenges (Ultimate Zinc C) – Necessary for immune function
Ginseng Root – helpful to rebuild the blood and damaged tissues
Red Clover Capsules ~ (Nature’s Way) – cleanses the blood stream!!!!!
F – Complex & Liver Detox ~ (must get from a Health professional) – Liver detox, to cleanse liver (Lyme’s affects the liver  and when the liver is filled with toxins it can aid to easy aggravation, upset, anger, etc).
There are more vitamins one can take, but for me, 6 was enough!
VITAMINS YOU COULD ALSO TAKE
Pancreatin
Bromelain
Fish Oils
Primrose Oil
Selenium
Taurine
Vitamin A
Vitamin C
ADDITIONAL HERBS
Alfalfa – for needed minerals
Dandelion Root,  Hawthorne, Horsetail, Marshmallow Root – all for helping to rebuild the blood and damaged tissues
Antibiotics if you catch it early or find a really good doctor (if you have lyme’s, this is good, but if its mold you’re dealing with DOCTORS WILL NOT BELIEVE YOU).
I have 3 referalls for Holistic Doctors. I may heal it another way, but I’ll keep you informed. These list of vitamins will not cure it. They will only help support it. A cure is the best, but its better to start somewhere than nowhere!
How I’ve been able to manage this for so long:
That could be a long story, and I’m writing this quickly before my client comes here, but to put it briefly:
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
2 YEARS OF MASSAGE SCHOOL
5 YEARS OF INTENSIVE REIKI SCHOOL TRAINING AND ENERGY HEALING TRAINING
AROMATHERAPY TRAINING
HOLISTIC HEALING TRAINING
BREATHWORK TRAINING
TANTRA TRAINING
MEDITATION
HEALTHY FOODS
LOTS OF VITAMINS AND NUTRIENTS FOR HEALTH
GOING TO HOLISTIC CHIROPRACTORS
YEARS OF ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENTS
YEARS OF ACUPRESSURE SESSIONS
YEARS OF YOGA PRACTICE
BREATHWORK, BREATHWORK, BREATHWORK
TONS OF EMOTIONAL HEALING
THE BEACH, MOUNTAINS, ROCKS, ETC. IN PRAYER
PAGAN AND GODDESS CEREMONIES
FRIENDS
OTHER HEALERS SUPPORT AND TOUCH
A STRONG WILL
PATIENCE
ETC….
After researching and discovering it was not lyme’s, but in fact mold, I took a stand to move out of that apartment, spent a YEAR long, and continue to, take cleansing products such as: colloidal silver, benzonite clay, activated charcoal, cleansing teas and herbs, use ayurvedic oil pulling EVERY morning and do as best I can to avoid gluten, dairy and processed sugar! Next step is legal action. The journey is not a short one, but once you discover what you’re dealing with, that is the quickest path to ending the problem!
I wish for all to know the TRUE source of any health issues they are dealign with, and instead of taking a long time to get to the truth, and spending countless hours in treatment unnecessary, or putting up with things, and perhaps treating yourself, talk to those who have similar situations, similar conditions and find the answer for YOU!

Death, Prayer and Connecting to The Deceased

WHEREVER I GO
AND WHATEVER I SEE
IN MY HEART AND SOUL
YOU’LL ALWAYS BE WITH ME
~Ken Wilbur, Grace and Spirit
“Though the ordinary man looks upon death with dread and sadness, those who have gone before know it is a wondrous experience of peace and freedom.”
~Paramahansa Yogananda

Death

When someone you love dies, it is significant shatter to your spirit. It may be overwhelming for some at first, or perhaps the shock doesn’t come until later, days or even years. But as I am being witness to myself in observing what death feels like to me, with someone I was very close with, I notice the desire to connect to my loved one in little reminders of her, and things that make me think of her. I feel that we do things to comfort our urge in being close to our loved one, and in doing so, it is part of our own healing process of the acceptance of their loss. Death is a huge subject, and all people handle it in their own way. Some people don’t feel a desire to connect to their loved one, but many like to connect to them in any way they can. When death happens, and in particular to a significant person in someone’s family; someone who was a leader to all those that followed, it can and will make a huge difference in how the rest of the family relate to one another, and hold gatherings that they always had organized in their deceased loved one’s honor.

I can foresee the future of my own family, having perhaps resistance to doing things any differently since the tradition stayed consistent for many years during our grandmothers later years when she was no longer able to go to places to celebrate, and we all gathered where she was, to support her in being a part of the family, and doing things together; including her, but sacrificing what might be more fun to everyone else since she could hardly walk. On some level, we let her lead our events because of this, and compromised our own needs or desires, and even though now we might be able to finally get out there and expand our horizons, we just might continue doing the same thing we have always done, as change might be hard for anyone to grieve the loss of the one they love; and in particular a grandmother who lived nearly a century.

“Our real self, the soul, is immortal. We may sleep for a little while while in that change called death, but we can never be destroyed. We exist, and that existence is eternal. The wave comes to the shore, and then goes back to the sea; it is not lost. It becomes one with the ocean, or returns again in the form of another wave. (a reference to reincarnation). This body has come, and it will vanish; but the soul essence within it will never cease to exist. Nothing can terminate that eternal consciousness.”
~ Paramahansa Yogananda
“The word “death” is a great misnomer, for there is no death; when you are tired of life, you simply take off the overcoat of flesh and go back to the astral world.”
~Paramahansa Yogananda

Prayer

No matter what beliefs or religion you have, it is crucial to pray, and prayer alone has so much power and sacredness in it, but when you pray in the honor of your deceased loved one, it takes prayer, intention and your focus to a whole new level.

The meaning of the word prayer is: 1. A reverent petition made to a deity. 2. An act of praying. 3. A specially worded form of praying. 4. prayers. A religious observance in which praying predominates. 5. A fervent request. 6. The slightest chance.

In the act of praying, you are creating a new relationship with what it is you are praying for; whether you are praying the same thing over and over again, or recreating your vision, view or relationship to that which you are praying to, or praying for. Prayer alone creates magic! It creates a feeling of magic within oneself that anything is possible, and what it is you are praying to gets to experience you as the creator of your vision. The energy of your spirit multiplies into the universe and sends out the intention into the world, and as your intention is magnified and your heart goes out into what you are praying to, most of the time, the prayer is received and returned. Our thoughts have power in them, and our words, even more powerful. When we speak our words into the world, our words create a reality that match what it is we desire, what we believe and what we long for. Hence, when we speak words of love, loving things return to us. And, therefore, when we speak words of anger, vengeance or darkness, dark experiences often come to us. It is so crucial to put intention into ones words, and in the journey of healing, never to be intentional about causing harm to any other human being, but rather be intentional about how you are feeling, being honest, truthful and kind. What one wants may not always manifest, but when one speaks of ones desires with love, intention and power, you just never know what will happen. You may be gifted with a glorious surprise!

“The first thing that happens when we die, is what we believe will happen to us when we die.”
~Gretchen Vogel

Prayer and Connecting To Your Deceased Loved One

I’ve been reading this remarkable book called: Choices In The Afterlife; What We Can Do and Where We Can Go After Death, by: Gretchen Vogel, and it is extraordinary. I’m discovering that every personality, every human who passes onto the spirit world lives into the same personality that they had while they were living. Some who leave go onto their next journey and finally reconnect with the love of their life again, or have a reunion with their parents that were long gone before they died. In a way they are having a party on the astral realm, free from the limitations of their body, or the pain that existed in their limbs. Some of them choose to stay near by, watching over their loved ones who are still living; as a Guardian Angel of sorts, and others go up higher into the spirit world, making peace with the life they lived on earth, and prepare to move on to their next destination, and often times preparing to be reborn once again.

When someone first dies, I believe they stay on the Earth Realm for several weeks before they move onto their next place, and during those first few weeks after death, is the most sacred and significant time to pray to them, for they haven’t quite left the Earth yet, or in a sense, they are preparing to decide where they want to go next. Some beliefs feel as though if you pray to them too much, you are overpowering them with your will and keeping them back by staying near you. However, in the acceptance and grieving for both you and your deceased loved one, I believe it is important to pray to them; to let them know you love them, accept that they chose to move on, and give of your heart to them. This helps them to make the next decisions they need to make to prepare for their next work. Some, I feel, can choose to be angels, however, not constrained by the 3rd Dimension of the Earth, but living higher in the 4th Dimension and making themselves available to you upon your request. I believe they may stay this way for a short time or a very long time, and when they are ready to return to Earth, they will prepare themselves for coming into a new body. I believe while they are on the astral realm, they are in training so to speak, and whatever it is they choose to do on the astral realm is reflective of the same personality they had while on Earth; they may be stubborn, they may be lazy, or they may make quick decisions and transcend to the next realm yet again.

However you pray is your journey and your faith, but prayer alone to the one you love who has left you recently, or even some time ago, is very helpful to both you and your loved one. It creates healing that will support both of your journeys!

“I am still–and will always be—myself alone. but, as myself, I know, now, I am not alone.
~Timothy Findley, Inside Memory
