I’m thrilled to announce I’ve been doing more Couples and Marriage Coaching Sessions! Some couples choose to come see me separately and one on one, and some choose to see me together. While, I am great at one on one coaching, I am even better with couples! When someone comes to me privately, my focus is on helping the individual, and all the issues they are dealing with. However, not all the issues may be obvious when they come alone. I only see one persons perspective this way, and will always take to their side. When they come together, my goal is to support both individuals, and I have a bigger picture to work with, and an awareness of whats going on from both perspectives, and hence, a much bigger understanding of the healing that is needed.

I then pick up on the joint energy between the couple, the joint patterns, the joint triggers, and all the work that is needed to heal a relationship can be done right there on the spot. I still start with a gentle breathing or meditation practice, then move into coaching for each individual, and conversation of course will happen for both sides; taking turns.  We may move into forgiveness practices, acknowledging the other partner, eye gazing, breathing together, and emotional processing that is needed for each person that is at the core of the feelings inside of each of them. If we can move beyond all of these practices and the issues have been resolved, then we can move to the next stage of healing for your beloved and your relationship.

I still teach Tantra and Spiritual practices, however, they come after we have sorted out the major obstacles that are keeping your relationship separate or distant. Just like private sessions, working with the couple, both parties need to feel like they have gotten the support they needed, and each persons feelings are taken into account, as well as each persons individual issues and triggers. If the issues go beyond my abilities as a Coach, and the person needs more clinical help, we will discuss how I can be helpful alongside this, to continue the growth and healing of the relationship.

Both people in the couple must want to heal their relationship in order for the relationship to improve. If only one person wants to heal, and the other does not, we will address that in session. Or, if only one person thinks the other needs to work on them-self, and the other does not, we will find out if this is true, and how one in the couple can help the other to heal or grow. Sometimes, the support of just knowing your Beloved cares about you and wants you to be happier and feel better, and being a witness to your growth is all it takes. And sometimes, this inspires the other person in the relationship to realize they need to look at them-self too!

The cycle of making the other partner wrong is at the core of all relationships! When you can take personal responsibility for your half and how you are being with your partner, most obstacles melt away!

You fall in love and are head over heels for someone. The man who adore is sweet, kind, open and loving. You spend weeks and weeks together enjoying each others company, and then all of a sudden you tell your man you love him, and all hell breaks loose. He doesn’t think its possible. He tells you its too soon. He wonders if the relationship is a good idea anymore. He thinks he needs to pull back and distance himself, and does so. You’re freeking out. The man you had such a glorious connection with all of a sudden pulls away just because you tell him he’s amazing and you love him. Where did he go? Why did he pull back? What did you do? How can you fix it?

The issue comes down to the core of a persons psyche, their nervous system breaks open and starts to flutter in a million directions. Their mind goes a million miles and starts overanalyzing as a way to try to figure it out or protect itself. It comes down to attachment styles, and the source of someone’s attachment behaviors, where they came from, how they developed and what is safe for one person is terrifying to another.

We grew up in a certain household and developed attachment with our parents in a specific way based on who our parents were to us, how they treated us, and if they were too close or too far away when we needed them. Based on how this showed up as a child, we become a certain attachment style and the way we interact as an adult in relationship is exactly matched to what we needed as a child. It comes down to healing the inner child, and healing this attachment style. Not many people come to this place of healing their own attachment style. They think they are the way they are, and have to be with someone who won’t trigger their deeper wounds. But those deeper wounds are the core of the issues. The fears from either getting too close, or pulling too far back.

So the man you love, and you shared your feelings with wants to sabotage the relationship, and you try to fix it, by speaking soothing words, saying nice things, and backing off in words that will scare or trigger him. But you’re left with your own anxiety from him pulling away. And that too scares him. So, the solution is for both parties to heal both attachment styles; avoidant attachment who needs to pull away, and anxious attachment who is afraid of loss and needs to be close. Both need to develop inner security, confidence in their self love, and know that their partner still loves them, but is temporarily putting out signals and words of their own inner wounds and fear.

How can this be healed? How can someone heal their own inner attachment style?

The first thing is awareness!!!!

The next thing is being responsible!!!! Taking action and accountability for ones own behaviors and feelings and knowing they might be self sabotaging something great!

Take a step back and reflect on ones own fears!

Call a therapist who deals with attachment styles; particularly anxious attachment and avoidant attachment.

Go to a support group!

Meditate and calm your nervous system.

Keep getting together and stay in communication!!!!

Show each other you care by your actions and not as much your words! Have fun together and show each other you care!

How you nurture yourself all depends on what it is you are dealing with in your personal life.

Are you dealing with health matters?

Are you having relationship challenges and feeling your partner at arms length?

Is your family avoiding you and ignoring you or your feelings?

Are you having a higher level of stress and anxiety than normal?

Are you feeling more angry than normal, more tired than normal?

Are you feeling isolated, alone, sad?

How do you nurture yourself in these different situations? They each have different paths one would take to feel better, heal, come to solutions or happiness depending on the circumstance.

The first thing that is helpful is to do a daily meditation practice. You can start with 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes. Just that short window of time will make you feel so much better. some people like to jump in and start with an hour. If you have the time, go for the hour. If not, try a smaller time frame.

Then do something that’s going to nurture your soul, perhaps a new spiritual practice, such as yoga, chakra healing, reading a spiritual book, learning about angels, crystals, breath work, or even getting acupuncture, massage or a reiki treatment.

Another excellent practice is drinking a specific tea that is helpful for your situation. There are many teas on the market, and many you can make at home. Most teas are made with natural herbs and are a cheaper solution than buying multiple bottles of different herbs, or oils. Herbs and essential oils can be costly when buying in bulk, but teas are very affordable. Try to match your situation with the type of tea that would be helpful for that. If you don’t know, try seeking a tea expert, an herbalist, or feel free to reach out to me for suggestions.

Next, write down everything that is going on. It is very helpful to write down your feelings, and using your writing as a sort of therapy. Writing is very cathartic and sometimes when you write down what you feel, what happened, and the situation, it can help you let it go and feel so much better about things. Then you are able to move on from it, and almost feel empowered that you expressed yourself. Some people don’t like to write, but try pushing yourself a little, via a wordpress document, in notes on your computer, or even writing in a spiral notebook or nice journal book. It sometimes feels very good to write things down with a real pen or pencil. It touches a different part of the brain and releases energy pent up in your throat and lower chakras, believe it or not. It’s not going to have the same benefit as a meditation, or chakra healing, but it is still quite powerful.

Are you an artist, musician or do you like doing things with your hands? This could be a great way to nurture your inner self, and help get through a challenging event, experience, or point in your life. You don’t have to be an expert. As long as you do it, put your heart into it and are intentional, anything you do can be helpful, and in the end, amazing!

How can you feel passionate and sexy when you’re sad? How can you open up to your sexuality when you are grieving a loved one who died, or a family member of yours is very ill or hurt? How can you feel sexual when you and a partner recently broke up?

Opening up to your sexual essence is nearly impossible when major life events show up. Even one of these events can take someone down a downward spiral for months, but all of them at once seems like a Tsunami of change and where something major is happening to teach one a lesson, or to help grow towards greater enlightenment. I am talking about my personal life, and using it to help others. One of my dearest and best friends passed away recently, and her viewing was in fact on my birthday this year.  It blew me away to realize how someone so young could move on. Her health was suffering, and even though she was much younger than me, she struggled to get to the source of her pain. She had a history of trauma and I spent many years trying to help her. My lesson in my relationship with her, is the same lesson in the bigger picture of all of these events (marriage ending, her death and a loved one getting severely hurt). The lesson is, I can’t heal everyone! As much as I want to help people, and perhaps be their hero, I can’t help all. And, I deeply tried to help her, but she rejected me year after year. The more I tried, it seemed the more she pushed me away. It’s amazing that right before her heart stopped, weeks prior she finally reached out to me, and asked for guidance on her spiritual development. I waited for over 15 years for her to be interested. But then it was too late. At 33, she moved on, with a beating heart that stopped and her breath became silent. Perhaps it was too much for her to try to heal in her body, and her personality would not allow it. Now, she can heal on the spirit realm, and perhaps in a new body and a new life, she can heal this life.

The end of a relationship also takes a toll. It’s like a death unto itself. You have to interact with that person in a whole new way.  Grieving someone that is still living is a challenge alone. You wonder why things couldn’t work out. You wonder why they refused to heal, or were unwilling to admit their own responsibility in their own choices. You wonder why they project all their anger and blame of things they did, onto you. You can question it over and over again, but mental illness sometimes cannot be figured out. And, when the other person chooses not to heal or get help, the only thing left is to grieve. Being their friend is a challenge, because you don’t know when and if they’ll try to blame you for their own feelings again. It was such a challenge in walking away this time, that I decided to write about it. And perhaps, write about the struggle. And, maybe it could help others who loved someone with a mental illness. It’s NOT your fault! It’s not my fault. My heart is as big as The Divine Mother! But knowledge and wisdom in how to deal with someone like this, helps to end the pattern of being pulled back in, when they put on a beautiful act of being nice again. I’ll consider writing more of the story of this. Perhaps it could be a short story. However, the lesson again, is “I cannot help so much that I sacrifice my life away!”

And to top it off, my father fell and hit his head! He had a concussion with delirium. He had memory loss, but only half the time. The status is, is that he’s getting better! I am deeply grateful he is getting better and I’ll find out more tomorrow how much better he is. But at the height of his fall, I was there. I visited him for multiple days, and spent 5 or 6 hours a day just sitting with him, waiting until he woke up, helping him eat, and talking and laughing. It was very healing to be with him in this way, and he would say often, “why are you crying? I’m ok!” But I didn’t feel like he was ok. I said, “But you’re different!” And he said, “But my heart is the same!” And I smiled and said, “you are right!” It’s amazing how alike we are, and how much we get along; 2 Aries and my whole life I had no idea how similar we are until now. I am grateful to still have more years and time to spend with him, and I will continue to grow in the acceptance and understanding, that I am NOT superwoman, and I cannot save and fix everyone, but a part of me, will still always try!

So, the point of this writing, Sex and Sadness….how can one be in touch with their sexuality when they are feeling sadness? Well, simply, they cannot! One has to go through the sadness, to get to the sexiness. Many people try to ignore their feelings, their sadness, their anger, or disappointment, etc and go straight to the sexual feelings. And, then they wonder why nothing sexual is happening! Well, the answer is right in front of you! You have to feel all of your feelings, the happy ones AND the sad ones in order to feel to juicy ones! Bad feelings don’t go away by ignoring them, then they only get suppressed deeper. The more you can feel your painful feelings, the more bliss and joy you can feel when they move through you and release out of your body! And, the body WILL tell you when painful feelings are there! It ALWAYS will, so you might as well go through them, and not try jumping over them! There is a much greater reward in the end when you do!

Often, we experience Emotions in Your Muscles, when at any moment you are feeling pain or discomfort in your body. Many times people go to a physical therapist or massage therapist to help get rid of pain in their body, but in fact, what the pain they are experiencing is the stress reaction to the discomfort or uncomfortable feelings in their body.

Our muscles carry feelings, and many times when a person does not know how to channel the energy of an emotion out of the body, or perhaps the emotional weight is too strong, then those feelings get stored in the body.

We as humans have many different emotions, and since we are mostly made up of water and energy, emotions that we are experiencing have an easy time in just settling in one spot when a feeling is not addressed, looked at, processed, or the energy of the feeling has not moved.

Everyone deals with their feelings in different ways, and in fact, there are so many types of practices on the market these days, that people don’t often know which to choose, which is best, and sometimes get stuck on a modality not aware that other things can in fact help them. Some may go to physical therapy, some massage therapy, some tai chi, chi gong, yoga, acupuncture, walking, jogging, exercise, therapy or counseling, meditation, or others. However, the intention is to get rid of pain, and the answer may be different for each person, the result is the same; a release of discomfort, movement of the energy or emotion and joy or peace in the body.

Some people don’t know that dealing with their anger or upset at their partner, family member or friend, may be the cause of the pain in their neck or pain in their back. Or, that their frustration with their child or challenge at work is the exact reason they are having trouble sleeping, having a hard time relaxing or discomfort in their body. Sometimes the most challenging things can have the simplest answer. And, often it takes an outsider to help look at the issue or concern and go deeper into finding a solution!

The ways I would help support someone with pain in their muscles, is in fact, any one of the modalities listed on any page of this site!

Every month women go through a cycle of change within their bodies. They have no control over the changes they are experiencing within. They often don’t know what is happening underneath their skin; until all of a sudden they explode with a rush of adrenalin and excitement onto their loved ones, or the innocent recipient as their mirror standing, or listening right before them. Women have powerful surges of emotions that can change from the hormones that go through the upheavel of arousal to its peak, and depletion and sizzling at the hormones come to a place of rest and completion of their cycle.

However, every month, there is the potential for the women to take charge of these feelings. They have the opportunity to observe their bodily changes; their every day moments of expression, and their energy level from a heightened joy and excited energetic response to a stillness from within; a calming agent that makes them rest, sometimes hybernate and perhaps all too often become lethargic or melodic in their rest. Women often have a passion to ignite the release by means of exercise to wild sex; all the way with a fierce power for periods of time, all the way to a gentle feminine power and calmness.

The people around these Goddess’s during their time of changes, all too often don’t know how to support the woman. They themselves may be moved into anger or confusion, and sometimes sadness that they cann’t help her, or doubt in their abilities to be of service; rejecting their own power and strength that they are capable of giving to her. So, the women need to take charge, and until she knows she needs to create balance within her hormonal changes, she cannot rise to the occasion and take care of her bodily experiences.

When a Goddess is consumed by her past, and has not healed all of the hurt inside of her, she may not know that what she is dealing with, is a normal and natural change of her hormonal response. She may need to heal within her hurt, her pain, her anger, sadness or trauma prior to the need to heal the imbalance in her body. Many women in our culture are on “the pill” so their ability to sense the changes within their bodies is limited to the strength of the medication she is on, or perhaps, if she has leveled out and feels at peace with her monthly pill, she may have some awareness of the changes she is experiencing, however, when a woman has gone all naturelle, she will feel ALL of her EVERYTHING that her body experiences, so long as she has healed all of her inner wounds, grief, feelings of her past, and so on from within. Once she has accomplished this, I want to say CONGRATUALTIONS and here are soem things to consider for creating balance on a monthly basis, and help those hormones come to rest:

YOGA FOR PMS
Yoga is general is so wonderful for the body, but there are some specific poses to help the female body expand herself from the inside, and get her circulation moving at a powerful level, and give her a little boost of self love! Some simple yoga poses that stretch the inner thighs, the stomach and the lower back are great for the woman to remind herself how wonderful and beautiful she truly is. BKS. Iyengar has a great Yoga book for Health, and the sequence for PMS is a great place to start!

CRYSTAL HEALING
Moonstone is an excellent stone for the symptoms of PMS and female health. Pietersite is great for balancing the hormones. Kunzite is awesome for calming the mind, dissolving negativity, and protecting the wearer from unwanted energies. It also stimulates sensitivity, sensuality and circulation.
It helps one to be open, strong, loving and vibrant. Tiger’s Eye is excellent to help one feel confident and strong about themselves; along with onyx. they can lift you right up out of a bad mood! Chlorite is an angel stone and great for circulation, a similar vibration to kunzite and the two together have many more benefits than what’s listed here. Blue Calcite alone is great for calming one into a space of peace and love. If no other methods are done, here is something simple to do and add as an aid to meditation, to carry on you, or in your sleep.

AYURVEDIC MEDICINE
Ayurvedic Medicine is a science all unto itself. Consider getting tested to find out your chart and what dosha you rate highest. Most people are a combination of all three dosha’s, but one or two is highest. Once you find out your score, you can take the advice of what it recommended for your type and eat, and live in accordance to what will help you balance the most! It is based off of a score of Kapha, Pitta and Vata, and usually one of those will be your natural tendency, and one or two may be out of sync. There is a diet recommended for each type and I highly recommend trying it during, before and after your moon cycle. It may also keep you balanced the whole month long!

HERBAL TEA
There are some great herbal teas for the female cycle, to balance the energies in the womb, to aid in circulation and health for her female organs and to calm the body and mind. Herbology can be so powerful when utilized and understood!

MEDITATION
Meditation alone can help to calm those nasty nerves and still the mind that often overworks during the height of female hormones. Just sitting for 5 minutes to 15 minutes in the morning before doing anything else, can completely create a day of peace, and when done throughout the day, it will help to maintain this place of balance. Use of a rosary, mala beads, a witches ladder or buddhist prayer beads can help throughout the entire day, but do remember to get the basic things done that are necessary while continuing to come back to your heart!

EXERCISE OR WALKING
If you’re in good shape or you enjoy the feeling from exercise, and it doesn’t harm your body in any way, take up a little walking, or other exercise regime for even 20 minutes a day. It will help keep your spirits high and give you a boost of energy to get your work done.

HEALING BATH
If you have the means to take a bath; alone, without little children running around disrupting you, it is so refreshing to soak in the bubbles, and add your taste of essential oils to your homemade sauna. It is so worth waiting for at the end of the day, and for those lucky ones, anytime you want!

MASSAGE
When you have a man who offers his strong hands on your body during the week or so before your moon, it is so great to just lay back and surrender to the healing he can offer you. When you don’t have someone to give to you easily, consider asking a friend, using self-massage techniques, or treat yourself to a nice relaxing massage (at any place of your choosing). It is so helpful and enjoyable during the time you need it most!

HERBAL MEDICINE
There are a few products out there to help with hormonal balance, and if you’re comfortable with taking herbal remedies, tinctures, essential oils, teas and any thing else above, herbal remedies will be a great addition to balance out your entire nature and help those hormones gain balance and control. Gaia Herbs is a great company and comes out with an herbal remedy for Women’s Balance, and a great product at theforgottenfoods.com under Women’s Health called Sacred Womb.  I also highly recommend the Nutritional Almanac!

The Monad The I Am Presence

What is the Monad (pronounced Mone-Ad)? This is the energy center above your physical body, a part of your soul body, on the very outer layer of your entire energy field. It can also be described as the energy connecting your physical body to the infinity of the universe. The Monad IS your infinite self and the self that is beyond the physical body; expanded out into the universe perhaps a thousand or a million miles away. Christians perhaps would call this space heaven, and see it as the energy in the clouds way above the physical earth. This is partially right, however, the Monad is your connection to the universe and the connection to your endless cosmic self; at the same time.

There is an energy above your head that looks like a tube of light that expands above the body and reaches up above the head to infinity. This tube of light is called the Antakharana. The space of infinity is the Monad. And the portal that connects your physical body to your Monad; the Antakharana, can often get clouded by living in a physical body, or from traumas from having lived on the physical earth. In order to clear the pathways to create a clean and precise channel of energy flowing from your physical body to your infinite body, the higher chakras and outer laters of the human energy field must be purified and cleansed.

The Soul Chakra or Soul Star is about 8 feet above your head and is the most significant chakra on the outer layers of the human energy field. A human being who is sick can go to the doctors for an illness, or a pattern of illnesses and continue getting sick, but when the energy around the human body is not purified, this same person can spend their entire lives going to the doctors (psychiatry or medical) while looking for a cure for what ails them. When this same person begins a journey of healing their energy field (the aura), their chakras, the different layers of the outer bodies around the human body, and purifies their connection to source/God/infinity, they can then heal not only their physical body but also their entire spiritual self.

The Soul Chakra gets filled with the stress from the physical body as the physical body continues to cleanse and release its patterns and stresses. The Soul Chakra is like the sponge and is waiting to be purified of all you have let go of. It is still lingering around in this Chakra and all that you have healed from or cleared will still be close at hand until this Chakra is also cleansed. This is one of the first chakras from the physical body, above the Crown Chakra, and as this layer is cleansed, your toxins continue to cleanse higher and higher up the ladder to the Monad. When the entire portal is cleansed you become one with all that is, and in a sense, feel as though you ARE God, or you are no longer a physical body. It brings you back to the reminder that you are a spirit; not just a physical body, but also the Soul. And when you leave this physical body, you will still go on; taking refuge in a new body once you leave the one you are presently living in today.

You are an infinite being, with infinite energy, and infinite resources to become enlightened, empowered, and purified. The energy body around your physical body is like a science unto itself, and the medical system today, has a very limited resources to its power. When you cleanse all that is around you, you also cleanse all that is within you. Like a sponge, when the energy around your physical body is purified and healed, is takes on the energy of the physical body to purify yet again, as one layer of cleansing leads into another. The entire human race could heal completely of all traumas, all physical ailments and toxins and all human conditions when they heal not only the physical body, but also the entire energy body; the self that they are around the their physical body. There is a huge world of healing untapped when one spends their life trying to healing only on the physical level. Their may be lessons for them to learn that they are not getting. However, once they tap into their spiritual self and tune into the depth and power of who they are at an energetic level, they only begin to see their full potential, their true power, and true healing finally arises.

BALANCING OF THE MIND, BODY & SOUL THROUGH ACUPRESSURE

The form of Acupressure that Asttarte use’s works with not only relaxing the muscles and having an overall rejuvenating experience, it also helps to heal different ailments relating to the physical body as well as the emotional body. Jin Shin Do Acupressure is used by many Psychotherapists all over the world, since it helps to facilitate the emotional causes of the stored emotions in the patients’ bodies. It helps to alleviate old illnesses and pain and bring a sense of well being and feeling of being cured after going through a certain amount of treatments that your body needs.

Acupressure is similar to Shiatsu and Acupuncture; which are also an Asian form of Bodywork that work with pressure points and meridian lines in the body. Each meridian is connected to a different organ in the body and each organ stores a different emotion that keeps us from being our true self in the world. Acupressure is much more effective than any other form of bodywork in that it helps to not only heal and relax the muscles, but it also gets to the root cause of the problem; which most often starts from stress and emotions that have been stored and carried in the body for many years. This is why it is used by many Psychotherapists all over the world.

Acupressure uses simple, direct finger pressure to help relieve common tensions and discomforts. The basic technique consists of holding an acu-point within the affected area with one hand while, with the other hand, holding one or more acu-points which help release that tense or sensitive area.

Most sessions take at least an hour to complete. For the first time receivers, it may take longer since the head, neck and shoulder points are naturally tight. Head, neck and shoulders is the first segment Asttarte begins with for any treatment of Acupressure. Depending on how tense you are, it can sometimes take 30 minutes to do the head neck and shoulder release. If you are limited in time, Asttarte will tailor the session to fit your schedule.

Asttarte calls in the Ascended Masters, Angels, your Higher Self & any other light beings to which you feel connected and works with their presence throughout her energy sessions. This helps to magnify the healing and bring your intent into stronger manifestation. This also helps to relax you and the environment before she begins the session. If you wish for her to call them in during an Acupressure treatment, please ask her before she gets started. The Angels will be with you always, if you call on them or not. Calling them allows their presence to work with you; since they cannot help you unless you ask them.

Asttarte has worked with energy since the spring of 1996. She has been guided by spirit to be a healer since March of 2000. She has studied with professional healers all over the world. She has worked with and is open to all faiths. Asttarte has been following the guidance of her spiritual teachers, or some would call them gurus, living saints or Boddisatvas from India whom are Ammachi & Chalanda Ma. She has also been studying extensively the teachings of Dr. Joshua David Stone, P.H.D., who is a Spiritual Psychotherapist, and teaches people how to evolve and ascend their entire being in this lifetime. Her studies are in an effort to do exactly this and be a Spiritual Counselor to all those who walk on her path.

The First Treatment Plan: balances the yin and yang energies in the body, moves blocked circulation, works with the heart, digestion, apprehension, nervousness, depression, and hypertension. This is also good for: resistance to colds, flues, joint and muscle problems, nerve achiness, general weakness, headaches, immune system, and defense attitude. This helps cases of AIDS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Crohn’s Disease & Fibromyalgia.

The Second Treatment Plan: distributes reserved energy, receives stored energy from kidneys, lethargy, drowsiness, sleepiness, kidney, urinary, menstrual problems, frigidity, impotency, blurred vision, hypertension, hyper-energy, insomnia, cramps & stiffness, joint & muscle pains, arthritis, rheumatism, & glaring eyes. This treats cases such as: Manic-Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Endometriosis.

The Third Treatment Plan is another segment to help people come up with their own ideas. This helps with digestion, sexual organs, blood circulation, unites all yin & yang meridians, Spiritual peace/unrest, responsibility, obligation, conception, childbirth, circulates blood supply to uterus, male sexuality fertility. This also helps with constipation, prenatal energy, nervous stability/instability, controls bladder, associated with insomnia and nervousness, nourishes spine, brain and back & helps release neck stiffness.

Remembering Presence

 

During the moments of quiet within each breath and the whispers of every second, remaining still becomes presence, and holding space is all that is. As I sit and hold space for my clients, I remember how tranquil and beautiful it feels to be still and present. And in time in sessions this beauty and presence feels like it could last for eternity. Being present is a meditation and a joy to achieve, and although it sounds simple to attain, for many it can be very difficult. And so this is where tantra practice comes in to achieve this balance and doing this with another allows the attainment that much easier. Offering the sessions to another allows the mirror to be reflected; the love you put out comes back to you, the peace you put out comes back to you, and the presence you put out comes back you. Anything you give is received and offered back as love. And so in being still, we create this miracle together.

 

 

It has been a couple months since I’ve offered sessions from after the birth of my beautiful baby.As I return to my practice and the sacred art of healing, by giving of service through sessions, I return to what I love and remember the beauty of being still. As I give to others, I also receive and in teaching meditation and love to others, I also reach the still place of meditation and love in my own self. This gift of giving can be a miracle; not only the miracle of healing to others, but also the miracle of healing oneself.

 

 

I only know the depth and immensity of what healing can do for others by how deep it has impacted my own life.My own testimony to how much I have transformed from all healing paths that I have been trained, received healing, and have had experience in some way is the only way that I know how intensely powerful they all are. However, you must be truly willing to delve deep inside in order to come out of your own shell like the butterfly blossoms from its cocoon.

 

 

As we become still in moments that feel challenging to slow down our body, and slow down our mind, this is when we can truly transform and open our hearts to a more serene place of love. And in being present to others we are also present to ourselves. And, in Tantra, this is healing in a universal way; helping the self and helping the other as the circle of energy makes its way around; from you into them, from them into you and continues this cycle again and again until you choose to end the practice. The energy cycles and circulates from one to another and presence remains while love grows stronger and healing blossoms from within. There is nothing more beautiful and miraculous than this. Slowing down is the biggest key to healing; whether it is tantric healing or any other form; practicing presence is all you need.
